Yes: By 'minor' i assume you mean you did not hit your head on the steering wheel or dashboard, and that you did not pass out? If those things occurred you should go to the er, but if they did not and you have a persistent headache despite otc meds you should have an evaluation with a physician. It helps to have an objective opinion of your current status and to document the event.

maybe: Hard to say from the limited info provided. If you are having any other neurological signs or if there is an underlying medical condition then yes. Otherwise call your dr for an exam.
