A doctor has provided 1 answer

Cervical myelopathy: There is an increased risk for spinal cord based symptoms (myelopathy) including paralysis, but paralysis is at the far end of the spectrum at risk. Your bladder urgency is the symptom most possibly related to your cord directly and you should be seen by a neurosurgeon to determine the best course of care. Always get a second opinion!
