The shoe not 4 U: This may not b the 1 4 u. Most major running shoe stores will allow u 2 return the shoes. This just may not b the best 4 u. They do alter ur gait to some degree & this slight change in ur gait now is causing the problem. I bought shoes @ scheels, cost was about $ 120 and after about 4 months of not much use, they gave me a credit 4 $ 100 towards a new pair. I would c what u can do. Good luck!

Knee Sprain Symptoms: New shoes are not necessarily better. They take time to break into. If you got a different type of shoe, say motion control or minimalist, and you were not used to them, then it takes time to get used to. I am assuming you slightly sprained your knee. Sprains, without swelling, take 2-3 weeks of icing, rest, stretching, and sometimes bracing. Due to basics to help, and see how if responses.
