Finish your treatmen: Finish your course of treatment, likely with flagyl. If your symptoms persist after completing flagyl, see you doctor for possible treatment with oral vancomycin. Florastor, a probiotic, will help you and you should get it over the counter. Do not take florastor if you have a central IV line or you are immunosuppressed . Google florastor (saccharomyces boulardii) and get more info there.
