BACK PAIN: Remain active, gentle stretching, neutral spine exercises of mcgill, ice initially. Avoid re- injury. Expect 2-4 weeks for complete recovery. Can also utilize over the counter tylenol (acetaminophen) or NSAID (aleve or advil), and possibly an inversion table if available.

Back pain: I recommend you avoid lifting heavy weight (more than 5-10lbs) or do repeat bending, twisting. I also recommend using heat pads, stretching exercise and massage for your pain. If your pain is not improved, please see a doctor.
