Stick with it: Don't frustrate yourself too much is the key. You want to stick to reasonable bed times and wake times and stick with that on the weekends. Don't lay in bed tossing and turning. Engage in light exercise, eat a healthy diet, and manage stress. If you have a sleep issue that persists, than ask your doctor to consider other sleep disorders.
