No: Phentermine is a sympathomimetic amine used for short-term management of weight loss. Many of its side effects are similar to those of Adderall (dextroamphetamine and racemic amphetamine) -- increased pulse and bp, and others. Basic prescribing information about Phentermine says you should not use it with other stimulants. Please make sure all your physicians and pharmacists are informed about medications you plan to take.
