No: Topiramate and Phentermine have now been marketed together under the name of qsymia (phentermine and topiramate). These are intended for weight loss. Adderall has minimal weight loss effect in my experience in adults. With your cardiac illness, you also have to be very careful to have all of your medications approved by your cardiologist.
