Get lesions on my legs that start out like looking like pimples but take over two weeks to heal up or longer & always pussy with all antibiotics i use?

Pimples: You may have a form of folliculitis or furinculosis. See your doctor or a dermatologist. The pustules should be cultured to see if a bacteria is there or if they are sterile. In that case a biopsy would be indicated. Are you overweight? Your hormone levels may have to be checked. Needs evaluation and treatment.

Folliculitis: It sounds like this is what you have. It is an inflammation of the hair follicles. You do not state if you have been using topical or oral antibiotics. You need to use prescription oral antibiotics to clear this condition up. You should see a dermatologist or your general physician. I would also stop shaving my legs until the condition is better.
