Ingrown hair: This could be a pimple from an ingrown hair or blocked hair follicle in your vaginal area. You can apply warm compresses (as hot as you can stand for a while) about 3 times a day, and apply an OTC antibiotic cream such as polysporin (bacitracin and polymyxin) or neosporin. If it does not get better in a week, see your doctor.
