CT: If your prior ct was normal, and your neurologic exam hasn't changed, then you likely don't need another ct. You may need to visit with a neurologist or other headache specialist.

Tension headaches: What treatment have you had for these tension headaches? Your meds show some non-steroidals, and these can work acutely. There are also helpful preventive treatments: low dose amitriptylene, for instance, decreases pericranial muscle soreness, decreasing peripheral pain sensation & central sensitization. Biofeedback can help; relaxation/meditation too. Cognitive behavioral therapy is another.
