Depends: If you are trying to conceive and both of your tubes are blocked you will need ivf. Regarding your ovarian cyst it depends on the size and type of ovarian cyst. Some ovarian cysts can be followed conservatively over time while others needs to be removed surgically. Your obgyn can guide you with regards to the necessary follow up.
