Groin Pain & Trauma: After the trauma, there might have been some bleeding around the testicle. This blood can track up the cord that attaches to the testicle and runs in the groin area. Blood outside of its normal place (blood vessels) creates a great deal of pain and swelling. This can occur without bruising. This would not likely be seen on xrays but be from physical exam. See a urologist if not better in 7-10 d.
