A member asked:

Spots that look like chicken pox even though my daughter has already had them as a child and is now 24. what else could it be?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Shingles: The chicken pox virus (herpes zoster) can show up again later in life as shingles. The spots of shingles look like chicken pox but usually show up on just one part of the body. Herpes simplex virus can give a similar looking rash. She should see her doctor to determine what the rash is.
