Maybe/not: Chicken pox usually emerges first near the face before extending to trunk & rest if the body. The blisters start as tiny bumps , & grow to ~3-4 mm sized blisters that appear like due drop on a rose petal. They break & dry all in the space of 1 day, but come out in crops over 5-7 days.

Lesion appearance: If the lesion has a clear liquid center and a tear drop shape, it may be varicella. Monitor for fever and cough, and please see your pediatrician. Use tylenol or ibuprofen to relieve fever associated with a viral illness.
