Cardiologist told me yesterday i had a normal nuc stress test. asked if that meant no ischemia or no detectable, he responded "no ischemia". true?

Negative: Negative predictive value (npv) of a test is defined as the proportion of subjects with a negative test result who are correctly diagnosed. Npv of nuclear stress test is not 100%, but close. This means that although the test was negative, the results is not always true.
