Possibly: Lasik is usually done on nearsighted eyes. Those eyes are much more prone to retinal holes/tears because the retinas are thinner than normal. If a hole was found after lasik, it could be coincidental. In some eyes, the lasik procedure can temporarily change the shape of the eye and cause the inner gel to pull on the retina to cause a hole. A good retinal exam before lasik is important.

No: If i understand your question, it's not possible to fix a retinal hole with a laser used for lasik. A different type of laser is used for both. The retinal hole may be amendable to treatment with an argon- type of laser. Lasik utilizes an excimer-type of laser.
