1 1/2 stones or : 21 pounds - it may be harder if you are doing it right after second loss because you will have already lost water weight, glycogen in the liver and reduced some of your muscle mass. How about setting a healthier goal of 0.45 to 0.9 kg per week. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Aim for 7.5 to 8 hrs of sleep / night. Hydrate w at least 64 oz of water / day. Calories burned must > calories >.
