Through generalized: Weight loss. By losing weight in general, you will lose fat. However, we don't get to chose what area of the body the fat is lost from. Eat healthfully ; be physically active. Calories burned must > calories consumed. Engage in regular aerobic exercise (i.e., running, swimming, nordic track, bicycling, kickboxing, walking, cross country skiing, hiking, etc.).
