Laryngitis : Perhaps you had a virus (cold) before the symptoms started. You may have "strep-throat". Perhaps you have a more serious problem affecting your lymph glands in your neck. You need answers from a medical examination and blood tests to be sure you are taking care of yourself. Tylenol(acetominiphorin) for body aches is helpful until you see your physician.
