Foggy brain: Your too young for fogginess! sleep regularly stop caffeine and alcohol. Start exercising regularly decreasing your stress! practice deep exhaling breaths which will create relaxation for your body and mind. Excercize mentally basic math and mental exercises can really improve your skills. If you don't practice something you can't expect to stay good at it! hope this helps.
