Dizziness: Yes, some brain tumors are familial and/ or hereditary, but it is statistically unlikely your symptoms are indicative of a brain tumor. Nevertheless, dizziness and fatigue should be investigated. It is possible these symptoms reflect an anxiety reaction, which is quite natural, over what your mother must be going through.
