Depend: On your goals. First calculate your maximal heart rate. Many formulas depending on your age. Roughly 220-age. Then go and search for target heart zones. Example: to decrease weight and fat a 45 min slow pace run achieving 70-75% mhr will be good. For endurance and strength and for cardiac health it will be different. Enjoy your work out.
