Eat less/exercise mo: There is no magic answer to this question. You lose weight, including body fat by consuming fewer calories than you burn up. So you either eat less, or exercise more. Every weight loss program is based on this principle. It is always best to do a combination of eating fewer calories (low carbs/starches), and doing more aerobic exercise (walking, biking).
