BMI : BMI is simple a calculation of a ratio of your weight to your height. Specifically, it is your weight in kg divided by your height in meters squared. A BMI over 40 is morbidly obese. If you weight 200 lbs and were 6 feet tall, that would be too bad, but if you were 200 lbs and were 5 feet tall, you would be very overweight. Even though both weigh 200 lbs, their BMI would be very different.
