Yes: The risks beyond the individual drug side effects include rare cases of serotonin syndrome.(see wikipedia for explanation.), and the combined sedating and reaction--time impairing effects of the medications in combination main message is to be extra careful driving or operating machinery. Leave more distance than usual between you and the car in front of you. Do not drink while on this combination.
