Librium: Of all the medications you listed the one that will appear in a work urine tox screen is librium, which is a benzodiazepine. Benzodiazepines are considered controlled substances and can be abused.

Librium may: Most workplace testing does not look for prescription drugs, and usually concentrates on cocaine, marijuana, pcp and other illicits. Some test kits may also test for benzodiazepines and opioids, but if you have a prescription for this, there should be no problem.
