No: The genes that specify blood type segregate in a woman's eggs: each egg has only one copy, so would code for a blood type or b blood type if the woman is ab. To have o blood the man would have no gene coding for a or b. So a baby from such parents could be a (a + o) or b (b + o) but not ab.
