Does not matter: The parents' blood types do not matter, meaning the health of the children are not related to the parents' blood types, as long as the woman gets good prenatal care (to prevent problems of an rh negative woman carrying an rh positive baby), and the baby gets good care after delivery (to prevent excessive jaundice). People are free to choose their spouses without worrying about abo-rh blood types.
