Yes: An underactive thyroid can cause low blood pressure. But there are a multitude of causes for hypotension such as dehydration, adrenal insufficiency (sometimes seen in association with hypothyroidism), severe anemia etc. The best advice if having symptoms is to havel a complete physical including laboratory or blood work.
