Go see your GP: Since you live in India, go see your GP can most likely handle your general issues and refer as appropriate to specialists like Rheumatologist, Gastroenterologist, etc. Hypothyroidism is pretty easy to treat. Low blood pressure is a bit trickier and may need Cardiologist input if feeling lightheaded, dizzy, faint or weak.
