Get checked: You should use nasal saline irrigations to clear any mucous away, and consider using a nasal steroid spray as well. But if you really can't smell, see a doctor as they may need to give you a course of steroids or other medicine. If it really isn't coming back, you may need to see an ENT and to get an MRI of your nerves of smelling or other treatment.
