Broken Nose: A broken nose can be fixed for two reasons - change in appearance and change in breathing. If your nose looks different since the fracture or you are having trouble breathing since the fracture, these are the two main reasons to have nose surgery. Most ents and plastic surgeons perform nose surgery, but ask the doctor if they perform the cosmetic and the breathing correction surgery frequently.
