Typically yes: As long as the heart rate elevation and increased blood presure that accompanies cardiovascular exercise doesn not increase symptoms of swelling, pain, discomfort in the hand and as long as the exercise itself is not jeopardizing the immobilization, or fixation for the fracture ( if thats what phase the treatment is in).
