Can someone tell me how long will a fractured/dislocated pinky take to heal?

6 - 8 weeks: This depends on whether the injury required surgery or not, the severity of the fracture, etc - but for the most part, such injuries should be well on the way to healing within 6 - 8 weeks. The most crucial part of recovery is restoring normal range of motion of the finger, which is typically begun about 2 weeks after the injury.
