Could a broken elbow effect me getting a job?

Unclear: Did you recently break your elbow? Or is this an old injury? If it was old has there been any long term sequelae (loss of motion, weakness etc). In the end, elbow injuries can lead to some degree of functional loss and if this does occur could affect work esp if your work is physically demanding. Many jobs probably wouldnt be negatively affected by an elbow fracture though.
