Do you think i should go back on prozac (fluoxetine) for my anxiety or stick it out and hope it goes away?

Meds & other options: You should discuss this carefully with your prescribing physician. You can try non-medication routes such as psychotherapy (i.e., cognitive behavioral therapy). Learn &practice progressive muscle relaxation & deep breathing exercises. Consider options like acupuncture, yoga, tai chi, meditation, daily physical exercise or qi gong. Good luck.

If it helped you....: It sounds like you're saying you are experiencing a lot of anxiety that Prozac (fluoxetine) helped you with before. Did you have any problems with Prozac when you took it? Most people who take Prozac have no side effects -- if they didn't know they were swallowing the pill each day, there would be no other physical reminder that they were taking anything. Is your anxiety time-limited or chronic ?
