Not really: You may have benign lump or serious lump . It is not normal for a lump to be there unless it is normal breast tissue percieved as lump. The bilateral nature of your lump indicate that the lump is probably normal breast tissue but no guarantee. Do not take chance , go and check with your doc. Good luck.
