Truth in the Pain: Individuals who suffer with panic disorder frequently experience physical symptoms that are associated with anxiety. This can include shortness of breath, headaches, gastrointestinal distress, and chest pain. These symptoms are treatable and require both physical examination and psychotherapy. If you are struggling with these symptoms you are not alone. Get help and educate yourself.
