What could lead to early years stroke?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Different process: In the young, not like in elderly, these issues can cause stroke: congenital heart disease, and also vsd and pfo; sickle cell anemia; homocysteinuria, but also mthfr mutations; trauma (carotid or vertebral dissections); contact with recreational drugs (cocaine, meth); presence of aneurysms or arteriovenous malformations; coagulation disorders such as protein s or c; perhaps secondary to infection.
