Many potential : If this is new, i would be re-evaluated. Sypmtoms don't come back years later. This could be due to anything from a pinched nerve in your neck, carpal tunnel, nerve disease or another stroke.

Another stroke: For a stroke at age 25, you should have been thoroughly worked up. Were you? You should have been educated about your prognosis, i.e. Chances of more strokes. Obviously you need a neurologic re-evaluation. Dropping food at your age is distinctly abnormal. Don't delay in following through.
