A member asked:

Hoping you can tell me, is brain mri done 3 months ago still valid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Validity: It depends on why the MRI was done. If there is no suspicion of a progressive problem in the brain, a 3 month old MRI is probable valid. If there is a question of progressive changes, repeating the MRI may be important. Speak to your doctor about what is suspected.
