Hard to say: An interesting study was published in the late 70's concerning cerebral palsy , a common marker for brain injury. The study (nelson) noted that the most common history of kids with CP noted by age 7, was a normal pregnancy, labor and delivery with no known "incident".Since CP reflects brain cell injury from lack of nutrient o2 or blood flow, no cause was evident.
