Side effects: The list for potential adverse effects (side effects) of Lyrica is extremely long, but the 2 you mentioned are common. Tremor (shakiness) and Xerostomia (dry mouth) . That doesn’t mean it’s not a problem for you, just that they’re not too surprising when you take Lyrica. Let your neurologist know that you are having these symptoms.

Lyrica/pregabalin: Lyrica may causes shakiness (tremor) in 11%; dry mouth (xerostomia) up to 15%. Side effects often diminish in 1-2 weeks. If problematic, contact prescriber. Burning Feet Syndrome (Grierson-Gopalan Syndrome) may indicate nerve damage, diabetes, hypothyroidism, XS exercise, athlete's foot, tight footwear, and others. Self care: cool water foot soak, raise feet, apply ointments, assess footwear.
