Does tachy cardia or brady cardia lead to cardiac carcinoma please explain?

No: Cardiac tumors are very rare. They can be benign or malignant. Most malignant tumors have actually travelled to the heart from another location. Primary cardiac malignant tumors are even more rare, and are certainly not caused by tachycardia or bradycardia.
