Many forms: Cardiac tumors are rare. Secondary tumors or metastases from a separate cancer are the most common cancer to go to heart (Lung cancer, lymphoma most commonly) Primary tumors of the heart are even more rare. The most common of these are myxomas which are benign. Angiosarcoma is the most common aggressive primary tumor of the heart. Therapy often a combination of chemotherapy and surgery
