I don't know the : Cause of your sleep problems. It would behoove you to have this medically evaluated. You may need to see a sleep specialist or have a sleep study. In the mean time ensure that you are using excellent sleep hygiene. Retire & rise same time each day. Keep bedroom dark & cool & use only for sex & sleep. Turn off tv. No naps. Exercise regularly but not in late evening. No caffeine for 6 hrs & no >>>.
