Hear rate: depends on the age: for the first month we accept down to a rate of 70 and down to 60 after that provided, the baby is well perfused and there are no sings of apnea (not breathing) or cyanosis. a heart rate 97 is within the acceptable range from most infants and children

Mgt: The heart rate of 147 is within normal range, but I would suggest checking her breathing, coloration, and whether she is sweating during sleep.
