IBS: Ibs is divided into 2 types - constipation-type and diarrhea-type. Sounds like you may have the diarrhea-type. With diarrhea type esp, tenesmus (or the feeling you need to urgently go even if your rectum is empty) may occur. In these situations, it may result in stool incontinence (i.e., soiling). If this is a uncontrolled, i recommend seeing a gastroenterologist as other issues may be going on.
