Wht is hypertrophic anal papilae..does it cause narrow stool..and burning while pooping..?if not wht is causing my persistent narrow stool for 2 months.? despite normal endoscopy i have this problem.no ibs too.?

Proctologist: I have found that disorders of the anorectal area are best treated and followed by a proctologist. Your endoscopy was reassuring that there's no significant colorectal pathology. Anal fissure with anal spasm or very tight tone probably plays a role in flat stool formation. In my opinion a proctologist is better at treating such problems.
